Uncle Gary's Story
Ri always paid attention to what everyone cared about. I remember for instance, a 4th of July, a few years back. Ri knew how much I loved fireworks. But he also knew they stressed his momma out. So, after we had set all of ours off in the backyard, and a mortar that had been smoldering had actually caught flame, Ri noticed and walked over to me. Didn't say a word, just nodded at the fire. I nodded back in understanding, and the two of us casually wandered over to it, without alarming anyone, and stomped it out Everyone was happy, and peace was preserved.
